How can I make returns or exchanges?
We accept returns for items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If there is a problem with a handmade piece please feel free to contact us via email to help you out.
Must have proof of purchase with information on date and items listed (invoice sent to ones email once items were purchased will be great documentation)
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard shipping on all orders within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes.
Orders take around 3-6 work days to be shipped and then 3-4 days to get to you once it is shipped. Things get shipped out fast! Everything is made to order and handmade.
